Over the last decade, I’ve helped scale Sticky’s from 2 to 14 locations across two states, opening 12 new restaurants and building the systems, culture, and teams that powered its growth. In 2023, I was appointed Interim CEO to guide the company through it’s most pivotal transition: shifting from a founder-led organization and navigating a complete financial restructuring, experience that shaped the operational, cultural, and financial results that follow.
